This Fall, Up, Up & UK is celebrating its 5-year anniversary this year. For the last 5 years, UK Campus Housing and partners work to ensure everything goes smoothly for the annual fall event. This event is a time to bring students together to meet new people while enjoying free hot air balloon rides, food, t-shirts, inflatables, and more!

Preparation for this event is no small fleet and requires several campus partners to execute the event successfully. From University Events securing space on campus and assisting with the coordination of services to Marketing creating graphics for social media and t-shirts, our team is working to determine everything is ready. Thankfully, there are many partners to this event that put just as much (if not more) effort as Campus Housing!  This year Campus Housing  has partnered with University Tee’s for the t-shirts, A&S Party Rentals for the games and blow-ups, and SkyCab Balloons for the Hot Air Balloon Rides.  

This event is also a great opportunity for student staff to have an input and help plan with creating t-shirts, working with local vendors, and working the event as well. Alyson Tate, the Assistant Director of Marketing for Campus Housing, said, "The best part about planning this event is seeing it all come together … it’s great to take a step back and see all of the hard work everyone put into the event and see just how much the fun the students have!"
