Official Staff Holiday Schedule

UK staff receive a variety of holidays throughout the year. An employee in a regular position with a full-time equivalent (FTE) of 0.5 or greater is entitled to regular pay on a holiday. To learn more about holiday time visit the Holiday Leave Schedule.

Nearing Retirement?

If you are age 65+, you are automatically eligible for normal retirement. If you are looking to retire early and have 15 years of continuous service we can check your years of service so you know when you’re eligible to retire. This is the first step.

If you do not have a headshot and are in need of one please review the following information.

This headshot service provided is from 9:30 am – 11:30 am on the first Tuesday and third Wednesday of each month. Headshot sessions are in the LexMark Public Room in the Main Building. 

This is submission form is for requesting headshots from the UK Photo department (in UK's Office of Marketing and Brand Strategy).
